Tax policy

Our products come under

 GST 18%

·       All the products listed on the shop page, displayed prices are excluding tax

·       During the checkout, all the tax calculations are generated automatically.


Orders Dispatch/Shipping Timings

•         Local (Delhi NCR) orders (ready to ship) are dispatched within 1-2 days usually and  delivered within next 5-7 business days, Once the payment is received

•         Local (Delhi NCR) orders (customized orders) are dispatched within 5-6 days usually and delivered within the next 5-7 business days, Once the payment is received.

•         Domestic  orders (customized orders) are dispatched within 5-6 days usually and  delivered within the next 7-14 business days, Once the payment is received

•         Domestic orders (ready to ship) are dispatched within 1-2 days usually and  delivered within the next 5-7 business days, Once the payment is received

•         Please note: Once the package is handed over to the courier company, we aren’t responsible for the delay of the courier.

•         In local areas (Delhi NCR) we will try to deliver products, by our logistics. (if applicable)

Shipping Charges

  1. Delhi: Packaging & shipping: Rs.499 (non-bulky products: products less than 10kg) +Rs799 ( if the product is bulky i.e, more than 10 kg), Free shipping: Products over Rs.29999, Local Pickup: option available.
  2. States other than Delhi: Packaging & shipping Rs.1299 (products under 10 kg) + Rs.1499 (Products over 10kg)

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, the tracking information is sent to you via email or WhatsApp. Please visit the respective courier partner website and enter the tracking number shared with you to track the current location of your shipment and the expected date of delivery.

Important note:

We would request you to make a video of the parcel while opening it. A one-length video of the products received.

So that if the product has any issue or damage or something is missing, it’s recorded at the time of opening it only.

This is done to rule out any misunderstanding. Just an effort to serve you better.

Please note without a video no damage issue will be addressed.

Our Return/Exchange Policy:

Glass Centra products are made of the best and high-quality materials and assure you the best quality. Our products go through several rounds of QC before it reaches the customer. If there’s still a problem with a product that you have received, we are here to help you.

•There will be no refunds in any case, without any exceptions.  If your return request is approved, your refund will be issued in 3-4 business days to your original payment mode.

•Your product is eligible for return/exchange only If you have received a defective product in terms of a quality or manufacturing defect, OR if an incorrect product is delivered to you. 

 Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:

– Order number

– Delivery address

– Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us the video you made unpackaging.

• If approved, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused and in the original packing condition.

•Alternatively, you can ship the item back to us as well and supply the tracking information to us.

•Shipping/ reverse pick-up charges will be levied both for incoming and re-shipping of the exchanged item if the original item is not defective. Only in the case of the defective item are the shipping charges for pick up or re-shipping waived.  Items ordered with incorrect size will also be charged for reverse pick-up and re-shipping, and will not entail any shipping charges waivers. Payment for additional shipping charges can be made via Paytm or bank transfer.

Payment Policy

We know that ordering from a website is more convenient for all and we’ll be soon launching our website but till then we have other ways to make it happen

• The order will be only confirmed when payment will be done.

• We accept payments via apps- GooglePay/Phonpe/UPI & Bank transfer and other online secured payment gateway.

• COD is not available.

 Pre-orders and Customized Orders

•All pre-orders and customized orders will require full payment at the time of order confirmation including shipping charges.

 • Once the order is ready, you will receive a mail or message from our team . And the respective unpaid amount has to be paid by you before we dispatch the courier.

•There will be no return/exchange/replacement on pre-orders or customized orders.

·       In some exceptional cases colour may vary from the images of products listed on the website.
